Gabsyn Peyzs Surulere Cooperative (Multipurpose) Society Ltd is an indigenous cooperative society established by a set of young upward mobile entrepreneurs and professionals in their respective fields with a Vision to be the most respected multipurpose cooperative institution in Africa.

To achieve this, we sought to build a Synergy of both the formal and informal sectors in response to our individual and collective socio-economic needs, thus the main objective to provide members with  access to working capital, financial and risk management advisory services, housing , etc  hence to develop multiple streams of income and achieve financial freedom.

Gabsyn Peyzs Surulere Cooperative (Multipurpose) Society Ltd is looking to fill the following positions urgently.

MARKETING / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ROLES:
• Knowledge of General Insurance, Savings Loans will be an added advantage
• Grow existing market and gain new customers insurance and loans.
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Liaise with the local management to provide detailed forecasts and action plans for the growth of the business.
• Collect and analyze information and data about the market, trend and competition.
• Achieve operational excellence and effective utilization of resources.
• Establish effective communication and cooperation within the region and the company as well.
• Motivate and drive performance of all team members to sell and grow profitable business.
• Foster a good working climate and strong teamwork.

EXPECTATIONS
• Degree in marketing (with proven track of at least 1 year of experience in a similar job as a marketing / sales representative in a microfinance bank
• Proven Commercial and Marketing background.
• Good and sound knowledge of credit analysis/administration, its application in the industry and its customers.
• Good knowledge in sales management.
• Ability to understand the business and its challenges.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proactive work style, highly reliable and accountable.

QUALIFICATION:
• Minimum of a degree and 1 year relevant experience in marketing / sales.
• Must have worked in a microfinance, cooperative , or lending company
