HR DIRECTOR
As
part of the HR leadership team, this role will be accountable for
driving the strategic people agenda for the Sales, Marketing and
Commercial functions in order to deliver business goals, while ensuring a
sustainable and healthy organization. You will be reporting into the MD
directly.
YOUR ROLE:
The candidate will be
an experienced HR professional with at least 15 years of human resource
management experience, with experience building, implementing, and
leading Human Resource functions.
The candidate will have had
relevant experience setting up and managing all key personnel-related
functions (recruitment, retention, career development, Employee Payroll,
etc.), preferably within the FMCG industry.
Implement an HR strategy
that supports the Company's strategic goals thus enabling the
fulfillment of the organization's vision and long-term objectives.
Develop
and implement HR policies, processes, and HR systems that facilitate
the recruitment, retention, motivation, and professional development of
the Company's employees.
Build an effective HR team able to manage effectively the growth requirements of the Company.
Must Haves:
You
have a proven track record of appropriate HR experience and team
management preferably from within a large, complex organisation &
will truly know "what good looks like" from a transactional services HR
perspective.
You will possess strong working knowledge of HRMS
systems, equipped with the ability to select and implement such systems
to fulfill organisation needs.
You will possess a sophisticated range
of communication skills, excellent stakeholder management skills, and
will be particularly adept at designing and implementing commercial HR
solutions.
Understanding best practice around transactional HR
processes & reporting is key, as is managing and driving positive
culture change to ensure employee satisfaction.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
YOUR ROLE:
The incumbent will mange the van sales operation in order to generate growth and profitability within the assigned region.
Achieving the sales numbers to generate maximum volume and margin,
Planing an effective go to market strategy which would optimize the assigned territory leading to full coverage,
Participating in budget setting to ensure sales budgets are reasonable and meet sales demand,
Maintaining strong customer relation to drive the business,
Reviewing and analyzing the sales force achievements,
Identifying
and pursuing new business opportunities through more coverage,
promotional activities, range extensions or merchandising changes would
be the primary responsibilities.
Must Haves:
A Track record of managing the Traditional Trade/Wholesale/Van Sales Channels.
At least 10 years’ Sales, Account Management experience in the FMCG sector Man-management experience is required.
Graduate calibre, preferably with an MBA Good knowledge and experience of marketing and brand building activities.

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS MANAGER
You
will support the CFO in understanding the financial performance of the
Group and provide financial insight to Senior Management and key
stakeholders
YOUR ROLE:
You will provide
analytical and planning support to the company to help in the diagnosis
and resolution of key issues, improve understanding of regional
economics, and facilitate the development of short-term and long-term
performance targets.
You will provide support for business strategy development and execution.
Producing
solid, right first time analysis and reports that present the right key
messages for the business on a weekly, monthly and forecast basis -
this means the individual needs to be well connected throughout the
business and understand key performance issues / opportunities.
Own
weekly P&L preparation, ensuring input from finance teams is
received on time and any variances to previous week and budgets are
understood.
Provide commentary to P&L presentation that is clear and insightful.
Must Haves:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified with 10+ years of experience in FMCG industry.
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience of handling large volumes of data within excel.
Demonstrable FP&A and commercial reporting experience.
Flexibility to changing demands
A diplomatic approach with an aptitude for creative reasoning. Strong communication skills and team focus

PLANT MANAGER
YOUR ROLE:
You
will be responsible for large plant bottling operations for all site
operations to maximize effectiveness and supply logistics achieving
delivery on-time targets.
Prepares the production schedules to ensure optimized production cost and reduced downtimes.
Set daily production mix levels and agree shift.
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineer.
At
least 7 years’ experience in a beverage/bottling company preferably as
Engineering Manager, Factory Manager or Project Manager.
