Our client, a global multi-media broadcast organization seeking to
strengthen the management of its Nigeria subsidiary through the
appointment of a seasoned executive to fill the position below:
COUNTRY MANAGER
Ref: MBO/117/CM
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
THE ROLE
Your key responsibilities will include:
Growing
the business and developing new business opportunities and revenue
streams in Nigeria by building key industry relationships
Developing and executing an effective sales and sponsorship strategy for Nigeria
Leading
deal negotiations and working on profit driving contracts with key
commercial partners (e.g. Advertising, distribution and record companies
Overseeing
marketing campaigns that drive value for the brand and key client
partnerships involving multiple functions such as public relations,
marketing and finance
REQUIREMENTS
Degree-qualified in
Management, Social Sciences or a Business-related discipline; a
post-graduate degree ( preferably in Commerce) will be an added
advantage
8-10 years’ of management experience, preferably managing a
business or line of business in the media/entertainment and/or
advertising space
A deep commercial knowledge, with respect to both sales and finance/accounting
An
expert understanding of the Nigerian advertising space, local media and
advertising industries, as well as the key players in each of the
industries

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER
Ref: AN/117/EA
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing the General Manager’s appointments and travel itineraries
Ensuring
that the CEO’s appointments, meetings with internal (staff) and
external (clients, suppliers and the general public) are efficiently
scheduled
Playing a supportive role in helping the General Manager to execute his personal deliverables
Receiving and managing correspondence addressed to the office of the General Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A
good first degree in Human Resources Management, Business
Administration or the Social Sciences; an MBA or relevant Master's
degree qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to manage time and projects efficiently while also paying attention to details
Candidate must be computer literate and have strong research skills
Ability
to interact with staff at all levels in a demanding environment, often
under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient
