Ladgroup Limited, is pioneering the industrial processing of sheanuts in Nigeria through its State of the Art Oil Mill and Solvent Extraction Factory at Ikenne-Remo in Ogun State. The factory will produce sheabutter for the export market and in addition produce refined vegetable oils for local consumption. The factory will provide direct and indirect employment to numerous Nigerians and contribute significantly towards increasing the non- oil export earnings of the nation.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
To plan and manage the implementation of maintenance routines, programs, and processes for the factory equipment/utilities to ensure efficient and effective production Monitor and control maintenance expenses.
Ensure adherence to HSE requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of B.Sc in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience 5 of which should be in a supervisory role in an Oil Mill/Solvent Extraction Plant or similar factory

POWER HOUSE ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and ensure the optimum performance of 11KV and 415V switchgear equipment, the 33KV/11KV and 11KV/415V transformers and ancillary equipment in the factory.
Perform routine maintenance according to set schedules and safety standards.
Manage changeover between public and generated power supply.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of HND in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering; 5 years’ practical experience with HV Switchgears.
Specific Powerhouse experience will be of added advantage

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide electrical/mechanical support to the factory on shift basis;
Perform routine/breakdown maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot for faults for optimum and efficient operation of the factory.
Maintain best practices and safetystandards.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of HND in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering; 5 years’ practical experience in a reputable factory.
Specific experience In an Oil Mill/Solvent Extraction Plant will be an added advantage

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide electrical/mechanical support to the factory on shift basis;

QUALITY SAMPLER

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct sampling on raw materials, materials in process and on the finished products for analysIs in the laboratory on shift basis.
Assist QualityControl Analysts in general laboratory duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of OND in Food Technology/ Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, and related sciences;
Prior experience shall be of added advantage.

QUALITY ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement Quality Management Program according to International Standards and Best Practices.
Perform quality analyses on shift basis on incoming raw material, work in process, and finished stock for export.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of B.Sc in Food Technology/Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry.
Prior experience in quality analysis of fats and oils or related materials will be of added advantage.

SOLVENT PLANT OPERATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor the performance of the equipment in the respective plant on shift basis to achieve optimal performance and quality output following Standard Operating, Safety, and Maintenance Procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of HND in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, Food Technology
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oil Expeller/Solvent Extraction Plant or related industry

OIL MILL OPERATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor the performance of the equipment in the respective plant on shift basis to achieve optimal performance and quality output following Standard Operating, Safety, and Maintenance Procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of HND in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, Food Technology
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oil Expeller/Solvent Extraction Plant or related industry

BOILER TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and ensure the optimum and efficient performance of the generating sets/boilers.
Perform routine maintenance according to set schedules and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering; 5 years’ practical experience with industrial generators/boilers

GENERATOR TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and ensure the optimum and efficient performance of the generating sets/boilers.
Perform routine maintenance according to set schedules and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering; 5 years’ practical experience with industrial generators/boilers

FABRICATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build/Assemble/Construct machines and structures as specified using appropriate tools and workshop equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of frade Test Ill in relevant field. 5 years’ practical experience;
Experience in a process industry will be an added advantage.

FITTER

RESPONSIBILITIES
Fit and assemble parts, structural frameworks, and housings to specification using appropriate tools and workshop equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of frade Test Ill in relevant field. 5 years’ practical experience;
Experience in a process industry will be an added advantage.

INDUSTRIAL WELDER

RESPONSIBILITIES
Cut and join metals and other materials usingwelding and otherappropriate equipment to puttogether mechanical structures or parts to specification.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of Trade Test Ill In relevant field with 5 years’ practical experience;
Experience in MIG and TIG welding in a process Industry and welding of pressure pipes will be an added advantage.
