3D MODELER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Ability to use 3DsMax or any major photo realistic modeling software as the core competency.
Ability to design and draught will be of major advantage.
Applicants must not be above 30years.
Applicants must possess a B.Sc/OND/HND in Architecture.

ACCOUNTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct month-end and year-end close process for management
Manage all accounting and financial operations of the company
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Develop periodic reports for management
Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience from working in an accounting department
A degree in accounting or any related course
Good knowledge of Microsoft office; especially excel and word
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
