HOSTING OPERATION MANAGER - VAS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish operation methodology and process for Hosting Project based on deep understanding of mobile internet and telecom VAS (Value-added Services) operation.
Support hosting service business development and hosting service operation solution, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication.
Dedication to hosting service operation work, provide operation plan and implement routine operation flow.
Monitor and analyze operation data, provide promotion suggestion, communicate with respective team or department to coordinate operation flow.
Support hosting projects in terms of delivery plan, key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
Focus on users experience, provide service UI and logical flow improvement suggestion, support  content and promotion,
Implement pacification scheme when platform operation issues arise.
Organize market promotion activities, provide and implement promotion plans, and manage promotion channels.
Support financial and settlement work flow.
Effective communication with executive customers.

KEY EXPERIENCE
Experience: 5+ years in the Digital Services department of Telecom industry, Internet Company or VAS service provider.

Good understanding of digital entertainment space

HOSTING OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish Operation plan, milestones and deliverables.
Establish and manage Operation team structure and members.
Establish team management process and organization.
Plan, manage and execute Operation Projects' budget to ensure successful delivery.
Establish and standardize Operation delivery process.
Design, establish and manage cost effective, sustainable service delivery across all offerings - drive definition of, and protect, delivery strategies and standards

KEY EXPERIENCE
With 10-15 years related experience in Telecom or MTK, very deep understanding of IT Outsourcing/ Managed Services project
Proven experience of designing and implementing complex projects and programmes including change management
Specific technical "know-how" (at least) on BSS and Infrastructure IT Domains
Experience on the delivery of improvements in large customer management and also supporting operational environment
Can interface with Customer C-Level and across all other levels of people including internal Huawei organization
Evidence of being able to turn a high level strategy into a set of deliverables and key tasks
Leadership capability across his managers, project managers and other managers in the organization
Should be able to establish and maintain effective working relations with the customer, transformation team, operations team and other stakeholders and businesses
Should have the capability to share best practices in Transformation and Program Management

SKILLS
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Capable of good problem solving skills and techniques
Industry accreditation such as Prince 2, MSP, ITIL etc are advantage
Business driven and should have the capability to translate technical delivery projects to business benefits and realization

HOSTING SENIOR MANAGER - VALUE CHAIN MANAGEMENT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support West African hosting projects in terms of content delivery plan, key milestone assessment as well as project governance
Collect and clarify customer essential requirements through Operation managers, and guide innovation center to deliver products as required by customer.
Implement and manage the overall organization structure of Value Chain
Pitch and Recruit High Quality Content Providers. Responsible for the increase in number of Content Providers for Traditional VAS and Digital Services
Establish a strong relationship and integrity in the Entertainment Industry, create and implement channels of monetization of their works
Support project teams (Operation & Promotions Managers), seamless management of overall project work effectively;
Partner development and management of local partners partner maintenance, 3rd party service and content sourcing
Establish a strong relationship with Regulatory bodies eg. Nigerian Copyrights Commission, Nigerian Communication Commission and align policies of regulatory bodies with Hosting Content and Operation Plan
Be able to understand laws governing digital content used for operations.
Should be proactive in crisis analysis that may arise in the event of policies/ law violation
Effective communication with executive customers.

Key Experience
Experience: 7+ years in the Business Development of Value Added Services in the VAS service provider, have worked in the OTT industry (for eg. Notjustok.com, tooxclusive, Uber, Jumia etc) if you have legal background is an added advantage
Excellent skills in listening, presentation, negotiation, closing and follow-up skills

Establish Digital service Value Chain roadmap, milestones and making influence on the value chains to meet Hosting content and revenue target.
Understand the digital service development trends and work out proposal on related digital service.
Build content & promotion plan and implement to achieve revenue target in the responsible area with operation team's supports.
Implement Hosting go to market strategy in the responsible fields.
Manage the partner relationship and organize the quarterly conference of partners. Coordinate and work with technical and operation team to solve partner complaints.
Collect data to establish a database to update, maintain and evaluate digital service development trends, in order to support identifying new business opportunities. Conduct initial analyses as necessary and requested.
