HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

In charge of the following:
HR Policy development
Training and manpower development programme and design
Compensation Management
Labour Relations
Talent Management

REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 6 years experience
Have a first Degree and Masters in Law
Sound knowledge in labour law
Worked in middle/senior management in an organisation of nothing less then 500 employees
Associate Member of Human Resource Management professional bodies
