LEGAL SERVICES MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation & Review of all contractual agreements for the company
Organize all statutory meetings, board meetings, audit committee, annual AGM
Ensure the Company compliance with relevant corporate governance
Monitor and document all reports, records books of company secretariat
Liaising with SEC and coordinate all disputes and reconciliations
Be a--- of relevant legislation and minimize litigation

REQUIREMENTS
We are urgently in need of a Legal Services Manager with 5-8 years working experience in a corporate organization.
The ideal candidate must not be more than 35years of age with good understanding of Corporate governance.
