Experience with customer facin roles is an advantage but not essential. Remuneration is above the industry average.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Prepare and sort software tools, camera setup and scanner for the purpose of data entry
Establish entry priorities by maintaining understanding of what data needs to be entered first
Enter candidates data into prescribed database software
Make sure that accurate data has been entered into the database
Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, changing or deleting entered information
Secure entered information by creating data backups on a periodic basis
Confer with supervisor regarding incomplete information
Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately
Create and maintain logbooks of entered and changed data
Check source documents against entered data to ensure data integrity at every stage
Assist in developing and maintaining improved records within the database system

Hard working and have a problem solving attitude
You must be enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn
Previous experience in data capturing is not essential as full training will be given,but office/retail/sales experience would be useful

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
Candidate must be fluent in English.
Candidate must be a Computer literate who is able to handle basic Microsoft packages
Candidates must also have an excellent sense of priorities
Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision
Candidate must be available to work weekends and public holidays
