SALES SUPERVISOR

What will you doing? The Sales Supervisor’s job is to deliver strong product availability and stock management in order to achieve sales to budget; to control sales processes in order to achieve margin; to lead the sales team and ensure the customer service standards and company procedures are adhered to. As a primary contact for YES Kitchen customers, the Supervisor is heavily involved in and provides friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service on a daily basis
We are recruiting for both Festac and Ketu

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations
Tencourage the team tmaximise sales through excellent and impeccable customer service
Tensure the team achieves its departmental targets and objectives
Carry out duty management shifts as required
Organise rotas for the department and store where necessary using appropriate I.T systems
Customer Service Standards
Know and demonstrate by example the customer service standards
Lead and coach the team in their ability teffectively deliver the company’s service standards
Effectively deal with customer issues in store and the sales when duty managing

People, Training & Development
Facilitate/assist in training the team; utilise relevant manuals/tool kit trainings as necessary
Motivate the team tachieve departmental objectives
Effectively communicate goals and objectives tthe team
Attend/complete trainings as necessary
Where required, complete /assist in carrying out performance reviews for the team
Merchandising & Stock Management
Ensure department displays are well-maintained: replenished, faced up and stock rotated in line with company guidelines
Ensure departmental ordering is completed and stock volumes managed appropriately
Monitor regularly, and minimise, wastage
Departmental stock takes: ensure periodic stock takes are completed and recorded according tcompany procedures
Store stock takes: assist in overseeing periodic stock takes for the whole store as required; this may require working additional hours from time ttime

Systems & Procedures
Follow correct opening and closing procedures
Follow correct procedures for receiving and checking deliveries and ensure paperwork is processed in line with company policy
Ensure the team operates the till systems competently and accepts correctly cash/cards/vouchers in line with cash handling policies and procedures
Ensure due diligence checks are completed according tcompany procedures: price checks (periodically) and date code checks
Follow accident reporting procedures
Business Development
To revise and implement the sales strategies plans.
To generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets

Sales Associate

What will you be doing? As a sales associate you play a vital role on the store floor and have a significant effect on a consumer’s shopping experience. Serving customers is the key responsibility of the associate. They may also advise customers, assist in locating requested goods, provide information on products, and stack and display merchandise.
We are looking for people in both the Festac and Ketu area to fill this position. Compensation is performance based, the more you sell the more you earn!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering customer questions
Conducting in store promotion
Notifying customers of sales and special offers
Placing orders for products
Stocking shelves
Product arrangement according to company policy
Checking of expiration date of items to avoid loss to the company
Cleanliness of assigned duty area

BAKERY ASSOCIATE

We are looking for bakers in the Festac and Ketu areas of Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist and help in the preparation and production of products by company specifications and instructions in the time frame
Treat and process raw materials and ingredients (flour, oil, sugar, yeast, water, etc)
Prepare different dough and mixtures according to production recipes under Head baker supervision
Fill and maintain presentation stock
Stock products
Help in the bakery or customer service when required.
Receive deliveries and verify that the delivered goods match weight and shapes mentions in the catalogue
Assist and help in inventory taking
Manage spoilage, turnovers and inventory of stocks and goods
Clean, maintain machinery and equipment used in bakery.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate verbally, and understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Technical skills in preparation and handling of all kind of bakery products
Ability to handle weight up to 15 kg
Able to break down and reassemble equipment as needed for cleaning and maintenance purposes
Ability to use larger ovens, production guides, forms for bakery products, proof boxes, bakery scale and hot cases

Prior experience working in a bakery
