Our client a Technology firm looking to fill the below positions

MARKETING COMMUNICATION OFFICER

JOB REQUIREMENT

Manage the company’s communications activities and timeline, ensuring that all member and external communications are scheduled appropriately and maintain a consistent quality and professional tone.
Manage content for marketing activities, including writing, sourcing and producing website content (eg news, guest blog articles, images) and channels for distribution, including e-news, email marketing and social media.
Maximise new member recruitment opportunities, applying audience segmentation and the development of appropriate messages and marketing materials.
To administer marketing and communications programmes and campaigns for a range of stakeholders and products and services, assisting in the evaluation of performance and impact
To promote events, identifying those with the most significant potential for profile-raising through a variety of channels including social media, print media and within the sector.
Establish media contacts and prepare press material to generate proactive PR opportunities to raise the profile and its members in the industry and in the local and national media.

REQUIREMENT
Graduate in Mass communication or other related social science course
1-3 years’ Experience in a Similar role would be an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills

IT SOFTWARE OFFICER

JOB REQUIREMENT
Logging and resolving customer issues
Customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources
Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team
QA tasks and technical documentation
Administration of SQL databases
System monitoring

REQUIREMENT
Graduate in Computer Science
1-3 years’ Experience in a Similar role would be an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
