Candidate should possess a good honours degree from a recognized institution plus fourteen [14] years relevant administrative experience in a tertiary institution.
The possession of relevant higher degree or post-graduate professional qualification in appropriate fields will be added advantage. Membership of ANUPA or other Professional Association  is required.
