BREWING TRAINING SPECIALIST

DESCRIPTION:
Duties and Responsibilities: 
Initiate the training and development process
Prepare for training
Implement the learning process
Evaluate the effectiveness of training
Work in team

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of B.Sc. in Sciences preferably Mechanical or Electrical Electronics
Diploma in brewing of Institute of Brewing and Distilling will be an added advantage
5-10 years’ experience in a similar role in a FMCG environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office package and general documentation
Good communication skills
