JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the effective human capital management of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

First degree (2:1 minimum) in Economics or any social science discipline.
A qualification in HR Management, Psychology or a business related subject will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of the domestic economy
10 years relevant work experience and at a management position
Experience in the Real Estate industry
Ability to plan, think and act strategically;
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
Mature, self-motivated, proactive, fast learner and team player
Good problem-solving and organization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
IT application proficient (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint)
Proficient in spoken and written English
Membership of a professional body or a recognised professional certificate is an added advantage.

OFFICER, ESTATE MANAGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION
The officers must be people willing and ready to function effectively in any of the departments/units of company.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
First degree (2:1 minimum) in Economics or any Social Science discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in a structured organization
Experience in Real Estate industry will be an advantage
Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to co-ordinate and manage human and other assets of the company
Analytical mind and proactive attitude to evaluate, review and implement company policies and procedures
Good knowledge of the domestic economy
Mature, self-motivated, fast learner and team player
Ability to plan, think and act strategically;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
IT proficient (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint)
Proficient in spoken and written English
Membership of a professional body or a recognised professional certificate will be an added advantage.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chief Operating Officer will be solely responsible for the management of the company, ensure investment growth and maximize company income through effective management and assets control.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
First degree (2.1 minimum) from a reputable institution
Must possess an MBA or M.Sc. in core humanities
Experience in dynamic multi-tasking situations is a must.
10-12 years relevant experience in related and structured environment and at a management position.
Good knowledge of the domestic and global economy
Excellent decision making and negotiation skills
Ability to plan, think and act strategically
The ability to identify and resolve problems
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Demonstrable/excellent leadership and management skills
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills and solutions-oriented approach to issues
IT application proficient (especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word)

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in a structured organization
Experience in Real Estate industry will be an advantage

Good knowledge of the domestic economy
