candidate must be a qualified Medical Doctor registered with the
Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria for a period of not less than ten
years and possess a postgraduate medical qualification of not less than

Hospital/Health Services Management of the Humanities or the Social
Sciences from a recognized University, with a minimum of twenty years of
